For over 15 years, she has consistently practiced a single exercise that helps maintain a defined waistline.

At around 40 years old, many people begin to face the problem of uncontrollable weight gain and a less toned physique. However, Happi Pham is a special case, earning admiration for her spectacular transformation: losing 16kg in just 3 months, regaining a slim figure and a desirable 60cm waistline.

Remarkably, her weight loss journey didn't rely on harsh methods or intense workouts. Instead, Happi opted for a simple, scientific diet centered around two familiar ingredients: oatmeal and Greek yogurt. These are nutrient-rich foods that help create a feeling of fullness, aid digestion, and are particularly effective in weight management.

Besides changing her diet, Happi also maintains an extremely simple yet long-lasting exercise routine. She shared that she's not a fan of the gym, but for over 15 years, she has consistently done one exercise to keep her waistline in shape: the hip-shaking exercise.

Whether she weighed over 60kg or after losing weight to 47-48kg, her waistline remained very defined. This is what Happi looked like when she weighed 63kg and 48kg.

"I consider it a daily habit; sometimes I even sway my hips while showering. Whenever I remember, I'll sway my hips. I learned this exercise from an American woman. It was very difficult at first, but I gradually got used to it. Initially, my waist hurt a lot because this exercise tightens my waist. If you do it and don't experience muscle pain, but your back hurts, you're doing it wrong," Happi shared.

Happi practices hip-shaking all the time, everywhere; it's become a habit for her.

How to do it: 

- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, then bend your knees slightly.

- Place both hands on your hips to keep them stable.

- Start by shaking your waist, meaning moving from your stomach up to your head, while keeping your lower body stationary. 

- Do about 100 repetitions each day, you can practice anytime.

You can create many variations of the Happi pose, as long as you focus on the movement of your waist and keep your hips and lower body still. 

"In the beginning, remember to do it very slowly so you can check if you're doing it right. It's best to practice in front of a mirror to observe each movement carefully," Happi shared.
