Maintaining sufficient and regular sleep helps balance hormones, creating favorable conditions for hair follicles to function more stably.

In parallel, diet plays a crucial role in providing nutrients for hair. Plant-based protein sources such as soybeans, black sesame seeds, or corn contain many essential amino acids necessary for hair formation. In addition, B vitamins, especially B2 and B6, help regulate the activity of the sebaceous glands on the scalp, thereby reducing oily hair – one of the causes of weak and falling hair. When the body is adequately nourished, the effectiveness of external hair care methods is also significantly improved.

In addition to promoting hair growth, massage also helps reduce stress – a factor closely linked to prolonged hair loss. When performed regularly, this habit can contribute to the appearance of new hair, especially in areas with thinning hair such as the forehead or temples.
